What counts as a member?

Each entry on your register counts once: a share in a housing co-op, a flat, a household or a shareholder, however many votes it carries.

What if more members join after we send the notice?

We never block your meeting. Up to 10% above your tier is free; above that you pay the difference.

Do companies pay more?

Only if you use what Advanced voting adds: more than one vote per person (votes by shares, vote weights and multiple voting rights), share classes, and proxies. You choose it, and it costs the same as your tier price. Without it every voter has one vote. Every organisation adds Advanced voting for proxies.

Templates, insights, and team and roles for the whole year. It is an add-on to Annual, from €2 a month, and the price follows your size. It is included in Enterprise.

What happens when I click Get started?

You create an account and set up your meeting. You pay inside the meeting, when you send the notice. Test assemblies are free before that.

Can we cancel Annual?

Annual is paid for a year at a time and can be cancelled at any time before it renews. You keep it until the year ends.

Can a general assembly be held fully digitally?

Your articles of association and the law where you are registered decide whether a general assembly may be held fully digitally. Many laws allow it when the articles provide for it; associations need a basis in their own articles. Assembley runs the voting, the proxies and the minutes, and keeps an evidence pack of the whole meeting.
