How do I reach support?
Email us at support@assembley.co, or use the contact form on this page. Include your organisation name and a clear description of what you need help with so we can respond accurately the first time.
What are your response times?
We do not promise a response time. A person reads every message that arrives here. For time-critical issues around a live assembly, please say so in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Where do I find my evidence package?
The evidence package is produced for an assembly once it has run, and is available from the assembly itself. It is a self-contained, verifiable record of attendance, quorum, votes, and outcomes.
How do participants recover access to vote?
Each eligible voter receives a personal invitation and confirms their identity before reaching the ballot, by default with a one-time passcode sent to their registered email address. If someone cannot find their invitation, make sure their email address in your register is correct and re-check that the assembly is live.
Can I import voters from Excel?
Yes. You can import your voter register from a CSV or Excel file, and the expected columns adapt to the type of group you are importing into. The import previews and validates each row before anything is saved.

Running an assembly
From the agenda and invitations through the live meeting to the result.
- Advance votingAdvance voting lets voters vote on chosen items before the meeting, from the personal link in their notice. An advance vote is final once cast.
- Elections with candidatesAn election is an agenda item where voters choose between candidates rather than vote for or against a proposal. You set the candidates, the number of seats and the voting method.
- Secret ballotsA secret ballot records that a member voted, but not how. You turn it on for each agenda item, in the item's settings, before voting opens on that item.
- Registering proxiesAn admin registers proxies on the meeting's Proxies tab. Each proxy lets one member (the grantor) be represented by another member (the grantee) for the whole meeting.
